Why Lemonade?

One of my favorite quotes, and yes I do live by it, is “What you get out of an experience is what you put into it.” I truly do believe that the outcome of anything in your life is put into your own hands, no matter what hand you are dealt. You need to always make the best of any situation because if you do not, things will seem that much worse. Now the reason to my title, the best example of my quote is, yes, another quote… “when life hands you lemons, make lemonade.” Thus, that is why Lemonade is the title of my page. When a get together could be bad, make it fun. Instead of sitting at home bored with your mom enjoy time spent with her. I also believe it is important to be an optimist. Is a situation bad just because you think it is? Trying to enjoy the little things in life is something I pride myself on. I try to never down a situation and instead deal with what I have in front of me and make the best of it. Making the best of a situation and being optimistic about it helps me to continue to live by, “What you get out of an experience is what you put into it.”
